You Shall Believe - SUNDAY APRIL 29, 2018 – FIFTH SUNDAY OF EASTER

GOSPEL - JN 15:1-8
Jesus said to his disciples:
“I am the true vine, and my Father is the vine grower.
He takes away every branch in me that does not bear fruit,
and every one that does he prunes so that it bears more fruit.
You are already pruned because of the word that I spoke to you.
Remain in me, as I remain in you.
Just as a branch cannot bear fruit on its own
unless it remains on the vine,
so neither can you unless you remain in me.
I am the vine, you are the branches.
Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit,
because without me you can do nothing.
Anyone who does not remain in me
 will be thrown out like a branch and wither;
people will gather them and throw them into a fire
 and they will be burned.
If you remain in me and my words remain in you,
ask for whatever you want and it will be done for you.
By this is my Father glorified,
that you bear much fruit and become my disciples.”

The Catechism of the Catholic Church
2074  Jesus says: “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in me, and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. ”The fruit referred to in this saying is the holiness of a life made fruitful by union with Christ. When we believe in Jesus Christ, partake of his mysteries, and keep his commandments, the Savior himself comes to love, in us, his Father and his brethren, our Father and our brethren. His person becomes, through the Spirit, the living and interior rule of our activity. “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.

From “The Great Crusade of Mercy” Testimony of Catalina Rivas (CM 87:1-9)
1) Do not worry; your suffering will not increase…Are you not helping Me with your little cross? Continue to smile; continue to enjoy loving Me and pay no attention to any attack that is not Mine but which I permit in order to strengthen you.
2) Who bears fruit in Me? Which are the vine shoots that the Father will prune so that they will bear fruit in greater abundance?
3) I am not asking for positive responses from you; I am asking for sincerity from all, and in particular, from each one of you. Do not forget the graces you have received.
4) Are you bearing no fruit, My parched shoot? Then it is necessary to detach yourself from Me,
Eternal Life and delicate food.
5) You ought to greatly reflect on that point and not skip it, or even worse, neglect it. To be with Me and not to bear fruit signifies hardness of heart. All My shoots must bear fruit, that is, for the honor of the vine and the pleasure of the vine grower who is My Father.
6) I preferred the image of the vine because it was intended to have an effect on millions of creatures who through My Words have been saved, are being saved and will be saved. The grape is a fruit pleasing to all and it requires the great care of the vine grower as well as the sap from the vine.
7) Well then, whether it be the vine grower or the vine, they require many grapes that are beautiful and tasty. I give them My moisture, My vine shoots, transmitting My life into each and every one. The vital sap which will bear fruit flows in you through My branches. Then the vine grower will come with his whole family to harvest the grapes.
8) Remain with Me and you shall become sweet clusters of grapes filled with divine nectar. Stay
united and you shall be My fruit, My beauty, and you shall possess My flavor.
9) I am the life, you are the vine shoots. From the vine the vine shoots, from the shoots the fruit, from the fruit the wine, and later from the wine the joy of the Heavenly vine grower and of all those who before you have been transformed by My work of Redemption and glorification.

My new method of prayer, April 25, 2018

Dear friends in Christ,

I have not done a lot of writing about my new home in North Carolina but for the most part
we are unpacked and almost all set up. As I have been unpacking and continue to find little treasures in the attic or boxes and drawers I have developed a new prayer strategy.

I am and have been for over 30 years a rosary prayer warrior, I also pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet almost as often as I pray the rosary.
In blogs past I have spoken about my Grandmother Margaret Alice Kinnarney who I am named after. My memories of her always included the rosary in her hand along with a soft well folded and ironed handkerchief. She was a very quiet woman who considered the rosary her companion as I do. At one point early in my conversion I knew it was her prayers that brought me to the foot of the cross.

As I unpacked I found rosaries that had been given to me by many friends over the years. I decided that every time I pick up a rosary my main objective would be to pray for the person who gave it to me. This new method of prayer gives me such JOY as I am reminded of this person as I pray and also their family and friends. I give my prayers to the Mother of God as we were taught in the Consecration to Jesus through Mary, 33 Days to Morning Glory. I pray as many as 5 rosaries and Divine mercy Chaplets through out the day and night. I keep rosaries every were including my bed as I begin to pray every time I wake up.

Just thought I would share this in the event that anyone else would like to try it. Gods deepest Blessings on all of you.

Former Planned Parenthood abortionist: ‘I killed more people than Ted Bundy’

I think this Doctor story is a great example of how God works. He untied the knots in her mind and then her heart. I believe that He does this all the time. As humans God loves us so much He continues to show us our sin in such a way as to keep us from falling into the same sin over and over. Our job is to pay attention, keep trusting, keep trying.
~Margaret of souls for Jesus

Some of the most powerful testimonies in the pro-life movement come from former abortionists. These are doctors who have committed abortions, sometimes thousands of them. They know more about abortion than anyone else. Like former abortion workers, they were insiders in the abortion industry and have seen everything that goes on in abortion facilities. One former abortionist, Kathi A. Aultman, has dedicates her life to protecting the preborn.

She has testified in support of pro-life legislation before Congress. Most recently, Aultman testified in favor of the Heartbeat Protection Act. Introduced on January 12, 2017, the bill would ban abortions after the fetal heartbeat can be detected. The fetal heartbeat starts early, perhaps as early as 16 days after conception. But it cannot be reliably detected until about six weeks. So the Heartbeat Protection Act would prohibit abortions after six weeks of pregnancy, making most abortions illegal.

Aultman was a dedicated pro-choice feminist when she entered medical school. She strongly supported legal abortion. She says:
At the time I entered medical school I believed that the availability of abortion on demand was an issue of women’s rights. I felt that a woman should have control over her body and not be forced to bear a child she didn’t want. My commitment to women’s issues was strengthened as I was exposed to the discrimination inherent in medical school and residency at that time, and to the plight of the indigent women we served in our program. I also believed it was wrong to bring unwanted children into an overpopulated world where they were likely to be neglected or abused.

She became an abortionist at a Planned Parenthood facility.

Besides her pro-abortion philosophy, Aultman gives two other reasons why she became an abortionist:

I also could make a lot more money doing abortions than I could make working in an emergency room. I enjoyed the technical challenges of the procedure and prided myself on being really good at what I did.

She was not bothered by seeing the remains of aborted babies. In fact, she found them fascinating. Aultman says:

After each procedure I had to examine the tissue carefully to account for all the body parts to make sure nothing was left to cause infection or bleeding. I was fascinated by the tiny but perfectly formed intestines, kidneys, and other organs and I enjoyed looking at their amazing cellular detail under the microscope. I realize it is hard to imagine someone being able to do that and be so detached but because of my training and conditioning a human fetus seemed no different than the chick embryos I dissected in college. I could view them with strictly scientific interest devoid of any of the emotions with which I would normally view a baby. I wasn’t heartless, I just had been trained to compartmentalize these things.

From 13-24 weeks, the most common abortion procedures is known as a D&E. Another former abortionist, Dr. Anthony Levatino, explains this procedure in the video below:

So great was Aultman’s ability to distance herself from what she was doing that she even committed abortions while pregnant. In her mind, committing abortions while nurturing her own preborn child was not inconsistent. She thought that since her baby was wanted, he or she deserved to live. Unwanted babies, on the other hand, had no rights. Aultman made a strong distinction between wanted and unwanted babies. In fact, when women came to her with miscarriages, she mourned with them for their lost children, because those children were wanted. It was, therefore, tragic that they did not survive.

But after Aultman’s baby was born, three things happened to make the abortionist question what she was doing. These three things eventually led her out of the industry. Aultman describes these events in her own words:

[I] was confronted with three cases that broke my heart and changed my opinion about abortion. In the first case I discovered that I had personally done three abortions on a girl scheduled that morning. When I protested about doing the [fourth] abortion, I was told by the clinic staff that it was her right to choose to use abortion as her method of birth control and that I had no right to pass judgment on her or to refuse to do the procedure. I told them it was fine for them to say but that I was the one who had to do the killing. Of course she got her abortion and despite my urging she told me she had no desire to use birth control.

The next situation involved a woman who when asked by her friend if she wanted to see the tissue she replied “No! I just want to kill it!” I was taken aback by her hostility and lack of compassion towards the fetus.

In the third case, Aultman encountered a man who pressured his wife into having an abortion. The woman eventually agreed to the abortion and it was committed, but the woman was distraught:

Her husband didn’t feel they could afford another, and she cried the entire time. I think the callousness and hostility of the first two compared to the sorrow and the devastation of the third woman – I think that comparison made me understand that just because the child wasn’t wanted, that was no longer justification enough for me to do the procedure.

With the line between wanted and unwanted blurred, Aultman began to question her career as an abortionist. She began to have major doubts about what she was doing, and stopped committing abortions.

READ: Former managers speak out: Planned Parenthood is not real health care

Looking back on her time in the abortion industry, Aultman reflects on how few doctors do abortions for very long:

I found out later that few doctors are able to do abortions for very long. Physicians are taught to heal, not harm. OB/GYNs especially, often experience a conflict of conscience because they are normally are [sic] concerned about the welfare of both their patients but in an abortion they are killing one of them.

Around this time, Aultman had a religious conversion. She became a born-again Christian. She remained deeply troubled by the number of children she had killed, but her Christian faith brought her some healing. Still, she has deep sadness for the babies that she killed. Aultman compared herself to a serial killer. “I probably murdered more people than Ted Bundy or any of the mass murderers if you consider all the abortions that I did,” she says.

She also mentions another thing that troubles her:

One of the most wonderful things for an OB-GYN, is to meet a child they delivered or that child’s child. That is such a joy. But it’s bittersweet because I think about all the people I will never meet because I aborted them.
Aultman is now retired and has dedicated for the rest of her life to fighting abortion. She now sees abortion for what it is – the killing of a human child in a very early stage of development. By her testimony, she hopes to change the hearts and minds of people, including legislators. Her story shows that even an abortionist can have a turnaround and realize the wrong of what they are doing. Hopefully, her story will compel other abortionists as well as abortion supporters to examine their consciences and reconsider what they support.

You Shall Believe FOURTH SUNDAY OF EASTER

SUNDAY APRIL 22, 2018 – FOURTH SUNDAY OF EASTER
GOSPEL - JN 10:11-18
Jesus said:
“I am the good ShepherdA good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. A hired man, who is not a shepherd and whose sheep are not his own, sees a wolf coming and leaves the sheep and runs away, and the wolf catches and scatters them. This is because he works for pay and has no concern for the sheep.
I am the good Shepherd, and I know mine and mine know Me, just as the Father knows Me and I know the Father; and I will lay down my life for the sheep. I have other sheep that do not belong to this fold. These also I must lead, and they will hear My voice, and there will be one flock, one shepherd. This is why the Father loves Me, because I lay down My life in order to take it up againNo one takes it from Me, but I lay it down on My OwnI have power to lay it down, and power to take it up again. This command I have received from My Father.”

The Catechism of the Catholic Church
609 By embracing in His human Heart the Father’s love for men, Jesus “loved them to the end,” for “greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” In suffering and death his humanity became the free and perfect instrument of his divine love which desires the salvation of men. Indeed, out of love for his Father and for men, whom the Father wants to save, Jesus freely accepted his Passion and death“No one takes [My life] from Me, but I lay it down of My Own accord.” Hence the sovereign freedom of God’s Son as he went out to His death.
754 “The Church is, accordingly, a sheepfold, the sole and necessary gateway to which is Christ. It is also the flock of which God himself foretold that he would be the shepherd, and whose sheep, even though governed by human shepherds, are unfailingly nourished and led by Christ Himself, the Good Shepherd and Prince of Shepherds, who gave His life for his sheep.

From “Door to Heaven” Testimony of Catalina Rivas (DH 75:5)
5) Little children, I am the Good Shepherd, I know how many sheep I have and I will find them all. I have chosen My sheep, they have not chosen Me.
From “The Great Crusade of Love” Testimony of Catalina Rivas (CL 181:6)
6) Do not oppress God’s Word nor keep it from being known, because His Word is eternal, like eternal is His Being. Nothing has changed in Me. I am Mercy, Forgiveness, and Love. The Good Shepherd watches over His flock and His sheep will hear His Voice, and it will become one sheepfold under one ShepherdTime does not count; what counts is eternity. When everything seems lost, that is when everything is won. Do not be afraid, My little flock; My Name is Redeemer and Savior.

From “The Great Crusade of Mercy” Testimony of Catalina Rivas (CM 132:1-2)
1) I am the Good Shepherd and I know all My sheep, every one of them, and they know Me. They listen readily to My voice with gladness and I hear them bleating. I come from afar and like a flash of lightening, I approach My sheep who are in anguishThe sheep of the world are all Mine, but many of them do not know that I am all for them. They approach Me like blind
creatures and then they turn back; they drink from the fountain that I present to them but soon they retrace their steps. I know My sheep and I want to give My life to all of them. For the sake of them all, I have given the human life that I took from Mary.
2) I call you My sheep. Oh! If you were as docile as they are, how much better it would make you! And how happy you would be! I tell you that I am your good Shepherd, and if you knew how much Love I have for you, you would believe that for Me, being a Shepherd means only one thing: to give My life, the human life that I lived in Palestine and My Divine life that I live with the Father and with Love. That is what being the good Shepherd means to Me.

Divine Mercy Novena Day 9

Ninth Day

"Today bring to Me the Souls who have become Lukewarm, and immerse them in the abyss of My mercy. These souls wound My Heart most painfully. My soul suffered the most dreadful loathing in the Garden of Olives because of lukewarm souls. They were the reason I cried out: 'Father, take this cup away from Me, if it be Your will.' For them, the last hope of salvation is to run to My mercy."
Most compassionate Jesus, You are Compassion Itself. I bring lukewarm souls into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart. In this fire of Your pure love, let these tepid souls who, like corpses, filled You with such deep loathing, be once again set aflame. O Most Compassionate Jesus, exercise the omnipotence of Your mercy and draw them into the very ardor of Your love, and bestow upon them the gift of holy love, for nothing is beyond Your power.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon lukewarm souls who are nonetheless enfolded in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. Father of Mercy, I beg You by the bitter Passion of Your Son and by His three-hour agony on the Cross: Let them, too, glorify the abyss of Your mercy. Amen.

Sex-Ed SITOUT

Are you concerned about the sexual education (indoctrination) curriculum in our public schools? Are you upset that our children are being encouraged to question their gender, make "sex plans", and study explicit "how-to" guides? Are you frustrated that your hard-earned tax dollars are paying for a radical agenda that is diametrically opposed to traditional values and parental authority? If so, you are not alone!
A grassroots movement of concerned public school parents is planning a “Sex Ed Sit Out” protest on Monday, April 23rd, 2018.
This protest was initiated by several moms on social media who were troubled by the graphic nature of current sex education resources in schools. It has since grown into a global movement with protests being planned in the U.S., Canada, and Australia.
Parents are demanding to know why their children are being taught how to have anal and oral sex, masturbate one another, and change genders.
“Why are our tax dollars going to pay for curriculums and resources that teach dangerous and promiscuous behaviours which most parents find morally abhorrent and the CDC [Centers for Disease Control] has stated are a health risk?” questioned Elizabeth Johnston, "Activist Mommy" blogger. “Furthermore, why aren’t administrators being transparent with parents about the content of sexuality resources? It’s as if they have something to hide. That should frighten parents everywhere.”
On April 23rd, parents around the U.S., Canada, and Australia will be pulling their children out of school for the day. They will be protesting dangerous and graphic sex education and uniting at various locations to take a stand and share this petition. Special events are planned for the following cities:
  • Austin, Texas
  • Bloomington, Indiana
  • Charlotte, North Carolina
  • Sacramento, California
  • Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
  • Mulgrave, Victoria, Australia
More details will be released on the Sex Ed Sit Out web site and Facebook page.
Please join us by signing our petition to say NO to graphic, immoral sex education for children! And join in the “Sex Ed Sit Out” protest on Monday, April 23rd by pulling your kids out of public school for the day.
Sincerely Yours,
David Cooke and the entire CitizenGO Team
P.S. As concerned parents and grandparents, if we do not stand up for our children, who will? If we do not speak out, things will only get worse. Please sign the petition.
P.P.S. Even if you are not a parent or grandparent - if you care about the kids of our country - if you care about where your tax dollars are spent - show your support by signing today.

Divine Mercy Novena Day 8

Eighth Day

"Today bring to Me the Souls who are in the prison of Purgatory, and immerse them in the abyss of My mercy. Let the torrents of My Blood cool down their scorching flames. All these souls are greatly loved by Me. They are making retribution to My justice. It is in your power to bring them relief. Draw all the indulgences from the treasury of My Church and offer them on their behalf. Oh, if you only knew the torments they suffer, you would continually offer for them the alms of the spirit and pay off their debt to My justice."
Most Merciful Jesus, You Yourself have said that You desire mercy; so I bring into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls in Purgatory, souls who are very dear to You, and yet, who must make retribution to Your justice. May the streams of Blood and Water which gushed forth from Your Heart put out the flames of Purgatory, that there, too, the power of Your mercy may be celebrated.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls suffering in Purgatory, who are enfolded in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. I beg You, by the sorrowful Passion of Jesus Your Son, and by all the bitterness with which His most sacred Soul was flooded: Manifest Your mercy to the souls who are under Your just scrutiny. Look upon them in no other way but only through the Wounds of Jesus, Your dearly beloved Son; for we firmly believe that there is no limit to Your goodness and compassion. Amen.

Chaput: Paul VI would not be surprised by the #MeToo movement

Washington D.C., Apr 4, 2018 CNA/EWTN News.-
“The #MeToo movement, emotional wreckage, sexual disease and date rape are the realities we’ve inherited from the sexual revolution. Paul VI would not be surprised,” said Archbishop Charles Chaput in a speech Wednesday.

“The Church in Humanae Vitae identified and rejected sexual exploitation of women years before that message entered the cultural mainstream,” said Chaput.

The Archbishop of Philadelphia spoke April 4 on the need to heal the wounds in human sexuality and marriage by embracing God’s vision for love and marriage. He was delivering the opening keynote for a symposium at the Catholic University of America celebrating the 50th anniversary of the publication of Humanae vitae.

The April 4-6 conference gathers scholars from across the US in Washington, D.C., to discuss the encyclical, from the philosophical underpinnings of the Church’s teaching on contraception to pastoral initiatives with natural family planning.

Chaput pointed out how prescient was Blessed Paul VI’s 1968 encyclical on the regulation of birth in its predictions of the societal effects of widespread use of contraception.

Humanae vitae predicted that the pill would contribute to increased objectification of women and conjugal infidelity.

“Turn on the radio or TV and see how this has played out … As late as the 1980s, much of our popular entertainment still showed casual sex as affectionate, healthy and fun, with few if any consequences,” explained Chaput.

“Today’s film and TV dramas are very different. They’re far more wounded and vastly more cynical. Lena Dunham’s cable series ‘Girls,’ and the short story ‘Cat Person’ published by New Yorker magazine and the media uproar it created, are just two of the most obvious examples,” he continued.

The encyclical also accurately predicted and warned that governments would implement birth control as a form of population control (ten years before China introduced its One Child Policy).

Bl. Paul VI expressed concern that contraception would “mislead human beings into thinking they had unlimited dominion over their own bodies, relentlessly turning the human person into the object of his or her own intrusive power,” said Chaput.

“Much of the moral conflict, broken family life, social unraveling, and gender confusion that seems so common today stems – directly or more subtly – from our disordered attitudes toward creation, and our appetite to master, reshape and even deform nature to our wills. We want the freedom to decide what reality is. And we insist on the power to make it so,” he said.

“Each of his [Paul VI’s] warnings has come true, in ways more tragic than he could imagine,” said Chaput.

In the face of the fulfillment of these predictions, “Our mission now, as always, is not to surrender to the world as it is, but to feed and ennoble the deepest yearnings of the world – and thereby to lead it to Jesus Christ, and his true freedom and joy,” affirmed Chaput.

“Men and women fall in love with each other because they see a reflection of God’s beauty and goodness in each other - body, mind, and soul. God is a communion of persons united in a love so fruitful that it overflows into the created world. That world gives glory to God and reflects his attributes, especially that crown of creation, human beings. We’re uniquely created in the image and likeness of God. God has therefore made our love fruitful, like his own, and called us to take part in the creation of new life,” he said.

“Humanae Vitae is remembered for the great ‘no’ that Paul VI uttered, and rightly so. But we often forget that his ‘no’ came only after an even more powerful ‘yes’ to the beauty of marital love,” explained the archbishop.

“Pope Paul begins Humanae Vitae by noting four key elements of married love. Married love is human. It’s an act of the free will by which a man and woman are joined, body and soul, in a communion of life. It’s also total, a gift of one’s whole life and self. It’s also faithful, a gift made exclusively to one person until death. And marriage is finally fruitful, overflowing to new life like the love of the God in whose image we are made,” Chaput continued.

Bl. Paul VI called us to lives of self-giving love and self-denial, the archbishop said.

“The Church believes what she believes about human sexuality because of what she believes about the meaning and dignity of the human person as a whole. We care for the poor and work against injustices like human trafficking for the same reasons we believe that sexual love is reserved for marriages between men and women who are open to children,” explained Chaput.

He argued firmly against the popular narrative that Christian sexual morality is repressive, pointing out an irony that “beneath all of today’s enlightened talk about liberating human sexual behavior is a contempt for the weakness and inefficiency of the flesh.”

It is contraception that “presupposes that a woman’s body should work like a man’s in order for a woman to flourish and be free,” with its treatment of “her fertility and biological rhythms are problems and weaknesses; in effect, a disease that needs to be managed,” said Chaput.

“And yet it’s the Church – not the pharmaceutical industry with its profits and manufactured infertility, or the doctors who deal with the pill’s collateral health damage, or the abortion industry that cashes in lavishly on the failures of contraception, but the Church – that gets criticized as abnormal and intrusive. Nothing speaks more nakedly to the doublethink we now accept as the rhythm of our daily lives,” he said.

“Pope Francis warns that our desire for mastery and autonomy has created a human crisis similar to the crisis of our natural environment,” said Chaput.

He quoted Pope Francis’ article in the book “Not Just Good, but Beautiful: The Complementary Relationship between Man and Woman”, in which the Roman Pontiff wrote, “marriage and the family are in crisis. We now live in a culture of the temporary, in which more and more people are simply giving up on marriage as a public commitment. This revolution in manners and morals has often flown the flag of freedom, but in fact it has brought spiritual and material devastation to countless human beings, especially the poorest and most vulnerable.”

Divine Mercy Sunday Day 7

Seventh Day

Today bring to Me the Souls who especially venerate and glorify My Mercy*, and immerse them in My mercy. These souls sorrowed most over my Passion and entered most deeply into My spirit. They are living images of My Compassionate Heart. These souls will shine with a special brightness in the next life. Not one of them will go into the fire of hell. I shall particularly defend each one of them at the hour of death.
Most Merciful Jesus, whose Heart is Love Itself, receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who particularly extol and venerate the greatness of Your mercy. These souls are mighty with the very power of God Himself. In the midst of all afflictions and adversities they go forward, confident of Your mercy; and united to You, O Jesus, they carry all mankind on their shoulders. These souls will not be judged severely, but Your mercy will embrace them as they depart from this life.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls who glorify and venerate Your greatest attribute, that of Your fathomless mercy, and who are enclosed in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. These souls are a living Gospel; their hands are full of deeds of mercy, and their hearts, overflowing with joy, sing a canticle of mercy to You, O Most High! I beg You O God:
Show them Your mercy according to the hope and trust they have placed in You. Let there be accomplished in them the promise of Jesus, who said to them that during their life, but especially at the hour of death, the souls who will venerate this fathomless mercy of His, He, Himself, will defend as His glory. Amen.

Divine Mercy Novena Day 6

Sixth Day

Today bring to Me the Meek and Humble Souls and the Souls of  Little Children, and immerse them in My mercy. These souls most closely resemble My Heart. They strengthened Me during My bitter agony. I saw them as earthly Angels, who will keep vigil at My altars. I pour out upon them whole torrents of grace. I favor humble souls with My confidence.
Most Merciful Jesus, You yourself have said, "Learn from Me for I am meek and humble of heart." Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart all meek and humble souls and the souls of little children. These souls send all heaven into ecstasy and they are the heavenly Father's favorites. They are a sweet-smelling bouquet before the throne of God; God Himself takes delight in their fragrance. These souls have a permanent abode in Your Most Compassionate Heart, O Jesus, and they unceasingly sing out a hymn of love and mercy.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon meek souls, upon humble souls, and upon little children who are enfolded in the abode which is the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. These souls bear the closest resemblance to Your Son. Their fragrance rises from the earth and reaches Your very throne. Father of mercy and of all goodness, I beg You by the love You bear these souls and by the delight You take in them: Bless the whole world, that all souls together may sing out the praises of Your mercy for endless ages. Amen.

Divine Mercy Novena Day 5

Fifth Day

"Today bring to Me the Souls of those who have separated themselves from My Church*, and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. During My bitter Passion they tore at My Body and Heart, that is, My Church. As they return to unity with the Church My wounds heal and in this way they alleviate My Passion."
Most Merciful Jesus, Goodness Itself, You do not refuse light to those who seek it of You. Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who have separated themselves from Your Church. Draw them by Your light into the unity of the Church, and do not let them escape from the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart; but bring it about that they, too, come to glorify the generosity of Your mercy.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls of those who have separated themselves from Your Son's Church, who have squandered Your blessings and misused Your graces by obstinately persisting in their errors. Do not look upon their errors, but upon the love of Your own Son and upon His bitter Passion, which He underwent for their sake, since they, too, are enclosed in His Most Compassionate Heart. Bring it about that they also may glorify Your great mercy for endless ages. Amen.

Medjugorje April 2, 2018 Message

"Dear children, through the great love of the Heavenly Father I am beside you as your mother and you are beside me as my children, as apostles of my love whom I ceaselessly gather around me. My children, you are those who, along with prayer, need to completely surrender to my Son so that you may no longer live but my Son may live in you - so that all those who do not know my Son may see Him in you and come to desire to know Him. Pray that in you they may see resolute humility and goodness, a readiness to serve others; that in you they may see that you live your vocation in the world with the heart, in communion with my Son; that in you they may see meekness, tenderness and love for my Son as well as for all brothers and sisters. Apostles of my love, you must pray much and cleanse your hearts so that you may be the first to walk on the way of my Son, that you may be the just who are united with the justice of my Son. My children, as apostles of my love, you must be united in the communion which emanates from my Son, so that my children who do not know my Son may recognize the communion of love and may come to desire to walk on the way of life, the way of unity with my Son. Thank you.

Divine Mercy Novena Day 4

Fourth Day

"Today bring to Me those who do not believe in God and those who do not know Me,  I was thinking also of them during My bitter Passion, and their future zeal comforted My Heart. Immerse them in the ocean of My mercy."
Most compassionate Jesus, You are the Light of the whole world. Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who do not believe in God and of those who as yet do not know You. Let the rays of Your grace enlighten them that they, too, together with us, may extol Your wonderful mercy; and do not let them escape from the abode which is Your Most Compassionate Heart.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls of those who do not believe in You, and of those who as yet do not know You, but who are enclosed in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. Draw them to the light of the Gospel. These souls do not know what great happiness it is to love You. Grant that they, too, may extol the generosity of Your mercy for endless ages. Amen.

Divine Mercy Novena Day 3

Third Day

"Today bring to Me all Devout and Faithful Souls, and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. These souls brought me consolation on the Way of the Cross. They were a drop of consolation in the midst of an ocean of bitterness."
Most Merciful Jesus, from the treasury of Your mercy, You impart Your graces in great abundance to each and all. Receive us into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart and never let us escape from It. We beg this grace of You by that most wondrous love for the heavenly Father with which Your Heart burns so fiercely.
Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon faithful souls, as upon the inheritance of Your Son. For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, grant them Your blessing and surround them with Your constant protection. Thus may they never fail in love or lose the treasure of the holy faith, but rather, with all the hosts of Angels and Saints, may they glorify Your boundless mercy for endless ages. Amen.
